(ILDSA) Island Dhu Swim

This swim is also known as the West Bay 2 way swim. It is a 2k swim from Portrush harbour to the Black Rocks and back again. Details are as follows:

Reg - 1300 - 1325 (Outside Portrush yacht Club)

Safety briefing - 1330 (Up the steps at the harbour mouth)

Swim start - 1400

Presentations - 1515 onwards (Upstairs in the yacht club)
