New ILDSA members,

Please download and complete BOTH the Swim Ireland form and the ILDSA membership form and email them to Jeff Wilson.

Jeff will then email your "Swim Ireland add/update form" to Swim Ireland who are happy to accept this in the interim until the original arrives by post.

THEN PLEASE SEND JEFF YOUR ORIGINAL SIGNED COPY OF THE SWIM IRELAND FORM WHO IN TURN WILL THEN POST IT TO SWIM IRELAND. (JEFFS ADDRESS CAN BE FOUND ON THE "CONTACT US" LINK)

NOTE: WHEN COMPLETING THE SWIM IRELAND FORM ON YOUR PC YOU CAN IF YOU WISH PRESS THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE. ALL THIS WILL DO IS VERIFY THAT THE FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY.

IT WILL ALSO GENERATE AN EMAIL TO BE SENT TO SWIM IRELAND. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE EMAIL. THIS WILL BE DONE BY JEFF AND AVOIDS ANY CONFUSION!

Existing members,

Just simply complete the ildsa membership form and email it to Jeff. There is now no need to complete the swim Ireland form as they already have your details and signature from your original form when you first joined!!
