MEMBERSHIP

• New ILDSA members, please download and complete BOTH the Swim Ireland form and the ILDSA membership form. Then post the forms to Jeff Wilson (Address on "Contact us" link) who inturn will post them to Swim Ireland.  Please then also email Jeff the Swim Ireland form as this will then be emailed by Jeff to Swim Ireland who are happy to accept this in the interim until the original form is received by post!!.  NOTE: If completing the Swim Ireland form on your PC then you can, if you wish press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. All this will do is verify that your form is correctly completed. It will also generate an email to be sent to Swim Ireland. Please DO NOT send the email. This will be done by Jeff and avoids any confusion!! 

• Existing members, please download and complete BOTH the Swim Ireland form and the ILDSA membership form. Then simply email both forms to Jeff who will email Swim Ireland with your details. Original forms are not required from existing members so there's no need to post them.
