Munster Swim History

Munster’s rugged coastline points south-west into the heart of the Atlantic.

Calm waters can be found from Cork’s Sandycove Island through County Kerry’s Fenit beach to Clare’s Flaggy Shore; but the famous Fastnet Lighthouse sits alone and unsheltered off the south coast of West Cork, making the lighthouse the hero of multiple challenging swim routes.
